This privacy policy informs you of the use of personal data submitted to us when using Project Overview.

Caridea IT AB will always comply with applicable privacy laws, as well as ensure that personal data is processed confidentially. Caridea IT will not disclose personal data to third parties without prior consent, unless specifically stated herein.

Caridea IT will process the following personal data:

• Name, title and company name

• Contact information. i.e phone number and e-mail

• If you contact Caridea IT, we store correspondence or comments, which may contain personal data, to provide better service if you contact Caridea IT again.

Purpose of Processing

Project overview are Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Add-On which are developed by Caridea IT AB (“Caridea IT”). By entering into a license agreement regarding the Product with Caridea IT, certain information regarding the data subject signing the agreement on behalf of the contracting party and/or contact persons for the licensee will be processed by Caridea IT. Caridea IT may also provide support to the licensee, whereby contact information of employees may be processed.

The personal data is processed for the purpose of effectuating the licence agreement entered into by the licensee and Caridea IT and to provide support as agreed between the parties.

Legal basis for processing

The processing of personal data is necessary for the entering into a contract to which the licensee is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the licensee prior to entering into the contract.

The processing of personal data is therefore necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by Caridea IT as controller of the personal data and the legitimate interests of the licensee. Those interests override the interest or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects who represents the license in relation to Caridea IT (GDPR art 6.1 f).

Caridea IT will further process personal data to the extent that Caridea IT is required to do so by law or decision by a competent authority (GDPR art 6.1 c).

Caridea IT is not a controller nor a processor of personal data which the licensee submits to the Products.

Transfer of Data

Caridea IT will only transfer personal data to third party’s if obligated to do so according to law. Caridea IT will only transfer data to third countries if the recipient of the personal data has signed the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with applicable law at every given time. Caridea IT will further ensure that the personal data has the equivalent protection as that guaranteed within the EU.

Security

Caridea IT ensures that appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect your personal data against unauthorised access or destruction, illegal processing or accidental loss or damage.

Caridea IT uses a secure server where your personal data is processed and limits access to personal data within the organisation. Authorisation to access personal data is given only to individuals within the organisation, or within the Data Processor and its sub-processor, for the sole purpose of carrying out their respective duties.

Your rights

You are entitled to request access to and rectification of personal data as well as erasure of personal data, restriction of processing or object to processing (if in accordance with applicable privacy laws). Furthermore, you have a right of access to the personal data that you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (portability). You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, www.datainspektionen.se.
